Meet Conner!

We just busted him out of the shelter! When he arrived there, he was defecating on himself. X-rays revealed a bladder full of urine and a colon packed with fecal matter. The staff were concerned about a possible UTI.

Despite everything, sweet Conner was bright and happy to see us when we picked him up! We made a quick stop at the vet to make sure he was stable for the weekend, and we’re happy to report he’s been urinating and passing solid stool.

We’ll keep monitoring this precious boy and hope to get some weight on him soon. We’ll get him dewormed, start him on a GI diet, and see how he settles in. He’s already fallen in love with the vet team and very politely sits for treats.
