Meet Enzo 🤍
Enzo came to us after his owner unexpectedly fell on hard financial times and made the difficult decision to surrender him so he could receive the care he deserves.
He’s a big-hearted (and big-bodied) Frenchie who truly loves his people. Kids, adults—if you have hands to pet him, you’re already his favorite. He’s the kind of dog who leans into you and just wants to be close.
Enzo does best in a calmer environment and would prefer dog friends who don’t push or compete for attention. He’s a gentle soul and appreciates a little space to feel secure.
He’s still settling into rescue, so we haven’t seen much of a playful side just yet. Right now, he’s focusing on decompressing—and that’s exactly what he needs. We expect more of his personality to blossom as he continues to feel safe.
He enjoys car rides, though they can make him a bit anxious at first (you’ll notice some panting), and like many larger Frenchies, he can get warm quickly—so a home familiar with brachycephalic care is important for him. More than anything, Enzo is just looking for comfort, patience, and someone to love him as deeply as he’ll love them right back.
Follow along and circle back to see his progress 🤍
