Evelyn was a stray brought into a Local animal shelter. When her owners never claimed her, DFW French Bulldog Rescue was contacted to take her in. We are still learning about this beautiful girl, however, we do know that she is very playful, loving of both dogs and other people. Stay tuned as we learn more about her personality!
When Evelyn went in to get her spay, she was noticed to be projectile vomiting. Once open, our vet noticed that Evelyn has had a prior C-section that wasn't done correctly to where there was fusion of her pancreas to other parts of body. This fusion and trauma caused her pancreas to leak digestive enzymes to her spleen . Unfortunately her spleen had damage on the outskirts and needed removal. Our vet has revisited with Evelyn since her spleen removal and she has been medically clear. She is doing well without restrictions. Evelyn is very happy, bubbly and playful with humans and dogs. This bright and sweet girl is a phenomenal dog and is ready to find her forever.
