Welcome Leonidas to DFW French Bulldog Rescue! This spunky boy was surrendered when family found out they were moving and had a career change.
From his foster mom: Leonidas gets along well with his three foster brothers, two older frenchies and a three year old hound mix. He is learning basic commands like “sit” and he is very smart. He also listens extremely well to “no” if he gets into anything he shouldn’t while exploring his new foster home. Again, he is a very smart boy. Leonidas LOVES toys, especially stuffed animal ones and he does very well in his crate at night. As most frenchies do, he enjoys sunbathing on the back patio but sticks close by the back door in case he needs to follow his foster mom inside. He is a stunning color and after being started on some new food and with regular baths and some brushes, (which he already loves) we can’t wait to see his coat really shine. He is not a picky eater and is very happy to chow down once meal time comes. Leonidas would do great in a home with other dogs or as a single dog. He’s a young boy filled with a lot of curiosity but he loves to snuggle up on our laps for some good chin and belly rubs too. Leonidas has a lot of love to give and will be sure to wow everyone he meets with his charm and good looks!
