The rescue was reached out to after a breeder was surrendering Oakley to them after they found out that he has hydrocephalus. He does not have neurologic symptoms and does not need medication. He has been medically cleared by our vet, he is a very happy, and health boy.
Oakley goes everywhere with his foster mom—out to eat, Target runs, work… he’s your built-in best friend. That said, he’s also totally content hanging out in his crate.
His favorite place is on your lap, preferably as close as possible. He sleeps on his foster mom’s pillow and loves resting his head on her neck. He’s a major snuggler and loves sitting on his foster brother like he’s his personal couch. Oakley is crate trained and doing really well with potty training—we’re just fine-tuning. He will happily sit for treats.
He’s sweet, cuddly, and just such a special boy. You will melt when he looks at you with his little tongue sticking out.
